摘要：在新冠肺炎疫情防疫期间，教育部提出了“停课不停教，停课不停学”号召，湖北职业技术学院积极响应教育部及省教育厅的号召，着力探索线上教学新模式，先后面向全校教师开展2次在线教学培训。该文以《常用护理技术》课程为例，采用“腾讯课堂+智慧职教云课堂”在线教学模式进行教学，探索高职医护类课程如何开展在线教学，在确保教学质量的前提下圆满完成教学任务，将疫情对教学的影响降到最低。

Exploration and Experience of Online Teaching Mode of Medical and Nursing Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： According to New Coronavirus disease prevention and control requirements during the epidemic prevention， the Ministry of education put forward a call for "ceasing teaching， stopping classes and not stopping learning". Hubei Polytechnic Institute responded positively to the call of the Ministry of education and provincial education department， and explored the new mode of online teaching， and launched 2 online teaching training for all teachers. Taking the course of common nursing technology as an example， this paper adopts the online teaching mode of "Tencent classroom + Intelligent vocational education cloud classroom" to explore how to carry out online teaching in higher vocational medical courses， so as to successfully complete the teaching task on the premise of ensuring the teaching quality and minimize the impact of the epidemic on teaching.

2020年2月5日，教育部印發《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》[1]。要求政府主导，高校主体，社会参与的方式，共同实施并保障高校在疫情防控期间的在线教学，达到“停课不停教、停课不停学”的目的。湖北职业技术学院在校党委的领导下，集思广益，积极探索在线教学路径。校长挂帅，教务处处长牵头在全校范围内广泛听课评课，综合权衡各方面利弊因素后，最终确定以腾讯课堂和钉钉为主的在线直播平台。全校上下齐心一盘棋，截至3月统计底，湖北职业技术学院在线课程开课率达到72.26%，学生满意率94.58%，学生出勤率达到93.51%，均达到预期目标。

信息技术发展对职业院校教师提出了更高的要求，混合式教学模式已经成为必然。要想提高职业教育的人才培养质量，必须提高教学的有效性，这需要在“教师、教材和教法”方面进行改革和创新[2]。……
