摘 要：当前国家经济飞速发展已经进入到新常态阶段，机关单位的工作效率的要求也在不断的提高，针对机关车辆安全保障的需求同步提升，有序的车辆调度，安全高效的行车时对机关工作正常运行的重要支撑之一，通过对当前机关车辆调度的观察，以及和相关工作人员之间的交流，针对机关车辆的安全调度和保证安全行车提供一些基本建议。

Research on the Dispatching Management and Safe Driving of Government Vehicles

Abstract：At present， the rapid development of the national economy has entered a new normal stage， and the work efficiency requirements of government agencies are constantly improving. The requirements for the safety of government agencies and vehicles are simultaneously increasing. Orderly vehicle scheduling， and safe and efficient driving are the important supports for the normal operation of the dispatching management work， which provides some basic suggestions for the safe dispatch of the government vehicles and the guarantee of safe driving through the observation of the current agency vehicle scheduling and the communication with relevant staff.

1 引言

车辆是当前社会当中最重要的交通工具，其高效率和便捷性是其它交通工作无法正常满足的。作为各个机关单位的主要交通工作，行政事业单位中已经普及公务车辆，且对车辆数量和效率要求逐步提升，在国家基层干部不断增多，公务量不断增加的基础上，产生了车辆合理有效分配的问题。与此同时，机关车辆的安全管理和用车是车辆管理工作的重中之重，对于后续工作的推进和保证工作人员的工作质量有着非常重要的作用，因此，公务车辆的管理工作必须坚持原则，保证安全，提供效率，注重法制教育的同时提升驾驶员的安全意识，在确保节约的基础上，定期维修保养车辆，注意对硬件的及时更换。此外，定期对驾驶员的身心健康进行检测，增强学习培训的以实，提高驾驶水平的同时，落实安全责任制度。当前国家各单位公务车辆都面临紧缺的现状，因此，针对面对公务的不同状况，合理有效的提升工作的效率、有序调度车辆，增加沟通，确保行车安全对于保障行政事业单位的正常工作和运转有着十分重要的作用。……
