摘 要：进入21世纪，汽车制造业进入大繁荣时期，城市交通拥堵问题更加显著。作为医疗救护系统中的代表性产品——救护车而言，它起着抢救、运送和监护病人的重要作用，然而由于城市交通拥堵情况的加剧，救护车常常因堵车而不能及时到达现场进行救治伤员。对此，文章进行一系列研究，研究一款小型、便捷的救护车。其最主要的设计初衷还是以救护车能不受拥堵路段的影响，在车流中加快行驶速度，并且安全运送伤员至最近的医院进行救治。

Research on the Design of Ambulance for Solving Urban Traffic Jam

Abstract：In the 21st century， the automobile manufacturing industry has entered a period of great prosperity， and the problem of urban traffic congestion has become more prominent. As a representative product in the medical ambulance system， the ambulance plays an important role in rescuing， transporting and monitoring patients. However， due to the intensification of urban traffic congestion， ambulances are often unable to arrive at the scene in time due to traffic jams. In this regard， the article conducted a series of studies to study a small and convenient ambulance. The main design original intention of the ambulance is that the ambulance can not be affected by congested roads， can speed up in the traffic flow， and safely transport the wounded to the nearest hospital for treatment.

1 关于现今交通拥堵问题的调查研究

1.1 城市交通拥堵问题分析

随着社会经济的高速发展，城市化进程的加快，城市交通需求迅速并急剧增长，出现“道路越建越多，交通越来越挤”[1]的现象，交通问题日益成为困扰着城市持续健康发展的重大难题，交通拥堵问题也成为一个重大难题，它像一个“瓶颈”，制约着城市经济和社会的发展。安东尼·唐斯（Anthony Downs）认为造成交通拥堵的根本原因是由于当今经济的迅猛发展。主要分为两方面：一方面人口的急剧增长，导致城市基础设施建设越发吃力;另一方面居民收入不断的增加，消费水平也呈上升趋势，更多的家庭有足够能力购买车辆，于是人们逐渐由骑自行车、步行、乘公交车等交通方式们转变为开私家车。并且由意外事故、天气、道路造成的路段故障等问题等也是造成交通拥堵的重要原因。
