摘 要：中国古代传统工艺美术具有较为漫长的发展历史，不但在制造业发展进程中占据至关重要的地位，对现代汽车制造工艺也有着关键性影响。针对于此，通过分析传统模范法与失蜡法对现代汽车塑料件注塑工艺的影响、传统经锦与纬锦工艺对汽车座椅面料制作工艺的影响、传统蜡染工艺对汽车皮纹菲林工艺的影响以及漆器木纹装饰在汽车结构中的实际应用，深入发掘中国古代传统工艺美术的潜在价值，进一步推动现代制造业可持续发展。

Exploration of the Influence of Ancient Chinese Traditional Arts and Crafts on Modern Automobile Manufacturing Technology

Abstract：The ancient Chinese traditional arts and crafts have a relatively long history of development， not only occupying a vital position in the development process of the manufacturing industry， but also having a key influence on modern automobile manufacturing technology. In view of this， the article analyzes the influence of traditional model method and lost wax method on the injection molding process of modern automobile plastic parts， the influence of traditional warp brocade and weft brocade on the production process of automobile seat fabrics， the influence of the traditional batik process on the automobile skin texture film process， and the practical application of lacquer wood grain decoration in automobile structure. Decides， the paper deeply explores the potential value of ancient Chinese traditional arts and crafts， and further promotes the sustainable development of modern manufacturing.

1 引言

中國古代传统工艺美术作为制造工艺史的重要组成部分，直接影响着现代汽车制造工艺技术与水平，并且具有鲜明的民族性与人文性特征，奠定了中国工艺美术史基础。中国古代传统工艺美术不但深刻反映出先人的独具匠心，其中还蕴含着丰富的哲学价值观念，整体上实现审美理论与实用性能的有效融合。随着现代汽车制造业的兴起与发展，中国古代传统工艺美术元素也逐渐得以广泛应用，从而更深层次地优化与完善汽车制造工艺设计。

2 传统模范法与失蜡法对现代汽车塑料件注塑工艺的影响

中国古代传统工艺模范法作为常见的产品制作方法，主要适用于制造具有普遍性的工艺产品，其制造原理与制造理念均对现代汽车塑料件注塑工艺起到良好的导向作用，但古代传统制作模具仅供一次使用，无法实现多次循环利用。……
