摘 要：随着人们的生活质量提高，汽车工业发展加快。在汽车制造过程中，特别关注环境污染。在汽车制造业的各个方面，汽车涂装过程中造成的污染最为严重。因此，本文简要讨论了来自汽车涂装行业的污染。然后提出了不同的处理措施，以促进汽车涂装工艺的发展并减少环境污染。

Environmental Pollution Caused by Automobile Coating Process and its Treatment Measures

Abstract：With the improvement of people's quality of life， the development of the automobile industry has accelerated. In the automobile manufacturing process， special attention is paid to environmental pollution. In all aspects of the automobile manufacturing industry， the pollution caused by the automobile painting process is the most serious. Therefore， this article briefly discusses pollution from the automotive coating industry. Then the article puts forward different treatment measures to promote the development of automobile coating technology and reduce environmental pollution.

1 引言

許多化学品经常用于给汽车进行涂装。在此过程中，大量的废水，废气，废渣等环境污染物长期排放。如今，随着人们对环境保护的认识越来越高，相关法律也在不断完善。另在汽车涂装过程中使用不同的涂料，工艺和设备，也会对环境造成不同影响。因此，如果企业确实想减少汽车涂装过程对环境的影响，就一定要做好环境保护策略。

2 中国汽车工业的环境问题

从上世纪70年代开始，全球已经发现汽车行业的污染排放物对地球的影响，为了此行业的持续发展，再加上汽车工业是传统工业的重要组成部分，它也是制造系统的庞大工程，在许多领域，例如与资源的大量消耗相关的原材料的回收，产品的制造以及废金属的加工，都对环境造成了严重的负面影响。因此，中国汽车制造商应在汽车制造过程中充分考虑资源和环境因素，为中国经济和社会的可持续发展做出适当的贡献。

自1990年代以来，中国的汽车生产和销售一直呈现稳定且高速增长的趋势。2009年，中国的汽车产销量分别超过1300万辆，中国成为世界上最大的汽车制造商。……
