摘 要：1+X 证书制度是我国高职教育发展的必然产物。当今社会各行各业飞速发展，对高职教育提出了新的要求。以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例，通过分析1+X 证书制度是的内涵，直视目前的现状，从人才培养方案调整、课程体系重构、师资队伍建设等几方面探索汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养的新模式，能为高职1+X 证书制度实施提供现实指导意义。

Analysis on the Training of Professional Talents of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology under the 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：The 1+X certificate system is an inevitable product of the development of higher vocational education in my country. The rapid development of all walks of life in today's society puts new demands on higher vocational education. Taking automobile inspection and maintenance technology as an example， by analyzing the connotation of the 1+X certificate system， looking directly at the current situation， exploring automobile inspection and maintenance technology from the adjustment of talent training plan， curriculum system reconstruction， and teacher team construction The new model of professional talent training can provide practical guidance for the implementation of the 1+X certificate system for higher vocational education.

为深入贯彻党的十九大精神，国家出台《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（国发[2019]4号）文件，要求职业教育严把教学标准和毕业生质量标准两个关口。响应教育部等四部门要求印发《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书制度试点方案》（教职成[2019]6号），确定自2019年开始，重点围绕服务国家需要、市场需求、学生就业能力提升，从10个左右领域做起。从此“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”（简称1+X证书）制度试点工作就拉开了序幕，这是职业教育专业教学改革的核心和主旨，也是重大创新。教育部印发《关于做好首批 1+X证书制度试点工作的通知》于2019年4月17日公布，《通知》正式确立了包括汽车运用与维修在内的6个首批试点职业技能等级证书。对接1+X证书制度，在高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业开展1+X证书制度工作，多渠道全方位的进行高职教育的改革，成为新时期培养汽车检测与维修技术人才的新模式。
