摘 要：高职教育肩负着为社会培养专业技术性人才的重要使命，尤其目前正处产业升级转型的重要阶段，在此背景下，高职教育的重要性不断凸显。因此对于高职教育来说，需要着力提高人才培养的质量，保证相关的人才符合产业发展的需求，满足用人单位的用人标准，推动我国产业的升级转型。但目前来看，高职教育所培养的相关人才，普遍实践能力不足，进入岗位后，难以在较快的时间适应岗位的工作需求，导致相关的人才优势无法得到完全的发挥。因此在当前的发展阶段下，高职院校需要加强对相关人才实践能力的培养，通过建立生产性实训基地，来对学生的实践能力进行有效的培养。因此本文主要对高职院校生产性实训基地的建设进行研究，希望能够促进高职教育的发展，提升人才的培养水平。

Research on the Construction Strategy of Productive Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating professional and technical talents for the society. Presently， higher vocational education is at an important stage of industrial upgrading and transformation. Under this background， the importance of higher vocational education has become increasingly prominent. Therefore， for higher vocational education， it is necessary to focus on improving the quality of talent training， ensure that relevant talents meet the needs of industrial development， meet the employment standards of employers， and promote the upgrading and transformation of my country's industry. However， at present， the relevant talents cultivated by higher vocational education generally lack practical ability. After entering the post， it is difficult for the talents to adapt to the job needs of the post in a relatively quick time， which makes the relevant talent advantages unable to be fully utilized. Therefore， in the current stage of development， higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the training of the practical ability of relevant talents， and effectively cultivate the practical ability of students by establishing a productive training base. Therefore， this article mainly studies the construction of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges， hoping to promote the development of higher vocational education and improve the level of talent training.

高职教育具有很强的服务性，就业是高职教育实施的重要导向。在当前的教育发展阶段下，高职教育需要将素质教育与职业教育相结合，不断提升人才的专业水平以及实践水平，为社会培养出合格的专业技术性人才，在促进产业升级转型的同时，提升人才的竞争力，促进就业。对学生实践能力进行培养是高职教育的重要内容，但是目前来看，高职教育将大量的教学精力放在了理論知识的教学上，导致相关人才的实践能力不足，难以满足实际工作岗位的需求。……
