摘 要：通过分析应用型高校在开展创新创业项目过程中存在问题，以皖江工学院智能车实验室为例，从制度创新、团队建设和模式改革三个方面展开研究，经过实践证明，该校在双创实践项目取得较好的成果，学生的受益面和创新创业能力得到较大提高，为同类兄弟院校提供了宝贵的经验。

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Applied Universities Based on Smart Car Competition

Abstract：Through the analysis of the problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship projects in applied universities， taking the smart car laboratory of Wanjiang Institute of Technology as an example， the paper had has carried out the research from the three aspects of system innovation， team building and model reform. Practice has proved that the good results have been achieved in the double innovation practice project， and the benefit of students and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship have been greatly improved， providing valuable experience for similar brother colleges.

学科竞赛作为培养学创新创业能力的载体，有效锻炼学生的实践能力、工程意识和团队合作意识[1]，为大学生创新创业能力的的培养和形成提供了机会。皖江工学院经过多年发展，不断摸索出一套符合自身特色的发展之路，作为应用型本科高校，坚持以学生的发展需求为导向[2]，从本校实际情况出发，不断优化教育教学改革，立足安徽，服务地方，培养具有社会责任感，具有实践和创新能力的高水平应用型人才[3-4]。皖江工学智能车实验室从2011年成立，经过九年的发展，取得丰硕成果，本文以智能车实验室在创新创业方面进行的改革建设经验为例，进行阐述，为同类院校在此方面的发展提供了借鉴。本文从制度优势、团队管理、培养模式创新三个方面来展说明。

1 制度优势

制度作為学校工作人员开展教学活动的依据，有了好的规章制度，可促以进师生顺利大胆的开展活动。我校根据学校发展定位，学生自身发展需求，以及学生的培养目标和毕业要求，充分意识到创新创业活动在学生能力培养的重要性。……
