摘 要：目前，中高职贯通人才培养作为现代职业教育体系构建的模式受到越来越多的关注，本文以中山职业技术学院汽车专业与沙溪理工学校汽车专业中高职贯通培养为范例，进行了人才培养的设计与研究，重点解决汽车专业课程内容重复、基础课程薄弱、技能训练重复等课程贯通中的关键问题，从而提高中高职教育的办学质量，打通好技能型人才深造通道，为各大专业中高职人才贯通培养提供有参考价值的试点范例，实现以点带面辐射其它专业的效果。

Research on the Training Mode of Intermediate and Higher Vocational Education for Automobile Major

Abstract：At present， as a model for the construction of modern vocational education system， the cultivation of talents through secondary and high vocational education has received more and more attention. This article takes the automobile major of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College and the automobile major of Shaxi Institute of Technology as examples. The design and research of talent training focused on solving the key problems in the implementation of courses such as duplication of automotive professional curriculum content， weak basic courses， and duplication of skills training， so as to improve the quality of secondary and higher vocational education and open up a good channel for skilled talents. Through the training of middle and higher vocational talents， it provides pilot examples with reference value to achieve the effect of radiating other majors from point to point.

2010年，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》提出：大力发展职业教育，增强职业教育吸引力，到2020年，形成适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求、体现终身教育理念、中等和高等职业教育协调发展的现代职业教育体系。

在2014年6月14日，国家教育部等六部门联合颁布《现代职业教育体系建设规划（2014-2020年）》，明确提出“系统构建从中职、专科、本科到专业学位研究生的培养体系，满足各层次技术技能人才的教育需求，服务一线劳动者的职业成长”。这证明，搭建中高职贯通“立交桥”，形成有梯次、有分工的人才孵化模式，对于构建有中国特色的，达到国际先进水平的现代职业教育体系，有极其重要的应用价值与实践意义[1]。

1 问题的提出

作为经济和职业教育发达的中山市，目前具有中山市高级技工学校、沙溪理工学校等十几所中职学校和中山职业技术学院、中山火炬职业技术学院两所高职学校，为构建中高等职业教育纵向贯通、职业学历教育和职业培训横向贯通的现代职业教育体系创造了条件。……
