摘 要：智能化、信息化、低碳化逐渐成为汽车行业公认的最优方案，到2035年我国要基本建成交通强国。我国的汽车市场具有巨大的潜在空间，在节能与新能源汽车领域人才需求将达到85万，缺口尚有68万。通过劳动技术教育、工匠精神渗透，采用“五适应一实现”的教学模式，实现线上、线下，理论、实训一体的教学方式，完成“教-学-做-评”一体化教学，大力弘扬劳动精神、劳模精神、工匠精神，在学习各环节进行有效评价，达到立德树人、精技强身的育人目标。

Preliminary Study on the Teaching Method of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Course

Abstract：Intelligentization， informationization， and low-carbonization have gradually become the best solution recognized by the automotive industry. By 2035， my country will basically become a powerful country in transportation. China's automobile market has huge potential. The demand for talents in the field of energy-saving and new energy vehicles will reach 850，000， with a gap of 680，000. Through labor technology education and the infiltration of craftsmanship， the teaching mode of "five adaptations and one realization" is adopted to realize the integrated teaching method of online and offline， theory and practice， and complete the integrated teaching of "teaching-learning-do-evaluation"， vigorously promoting the spirit of labor， the spirit of model workers， and the spirit of craftsmanship， and conducting effective evaluations in all aspects of learning， so as to achieve the goal of cultivating people with virtues and skills.

1 新能源汽車行业发展及需求现状

全球汽车产量、保有量的不断增长，能源、环境、安全及交通拥堵所带来的问题日益凸显。在这一个大背景下，智能化、信息化、低碳化逐渐成为汽车行业公认的最优方案，我国2015年将节能与新能源汽车列为未来十年国家智能制造发展的重要领域。2019年9月19日，国务院印发的《交通强国建设纲要》，明确提出，到2035年基本建成交通强国。

我国的汽车市场具有巨大的潜在空间。然而，我国汽车市场技能型服务人才的稀缺以及质量低下已经成为了制约我国汽车产业持续健康发展及成功转型的重要瓶颈之一。据教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、工业和信息化部2017年联合印发的《制造业人才发展规划指南》预测，2020年，我国在节能与新能源汽车人才领域人才需求将达到85万，缺口尚有68万。
