摘 要：随着我国经济的发展，国家对于应用型人才的渴望逐渐加大。因此，在教育改革中重点强调素质教育改革，伴随着新课改的教育改革要求，学生已经成为教育目标的主体，要求教师改革教育手段，在教学过程中，提高学生的主体地位，使学生充分发挥自身的主观能动性，提高学习能力。这就要求教师需要从根本上改变教学手段，引导教学法能够实现素质教育的要求，培养出符合新时代要求的应用型人才 。本文主要针对在机电教学中行为引导教学法的应用意义以及重要性进行分析，根据其应用特点，提出有效的应用策略。此次研究目的主要是为了推广引导教学法在机电教育领域中的应用。

Application of Behavior Guidance Teaching Method in Electromechanical Teaching

Abstract：With the development of my country's economy， the country's desire for applied talents has gradually increased. Therefore， in the education reform， the quality education reform is emphasized. With the educational reform requirements of the new curriculum reform， students have become the main body of the educational goal. Teachers are required to reform the educational methods. And students should give full play to their subjective initiative and improve their learning ability. This requires teachers to fundamentally change teaching methods， guide teaching methods to achieve the requirements of quality education， and cultivate application-oriented talents that meet the requirements of the new era. This article mainly analyzes the application significance and importance of the behavior-guided teaching method in electromechanical teaching， and proposes effective application strategies according to its application characteristics. The purpose of this research is to promote the application of guided teaching methods in the field of electromechanical education.

引導教学法的核心是以学生为主体，以培养他们的行为能力为目标，充分发挥其主动能动性，培养创新型人才，这是在职业教育领域中出现的一种全新方式，在教师专业行为的引导下，通过实践活动形式，使学生在引导性的学习环境中，学习相关专业知识技能，提高学生的学习热情，有助于提高学生的专业综合素质，从而取得良好的教学成果。
