摘 要：本文主要论述以渝中区汽车专业为例，通过实践探索，构建中等职业教育汽车专业渝中区协同教研模式，实现渝中区多所中职学校、市区教研机构、专兼职教研员等多层面、多方力量、多种资源的协同，从而提高渝中区中职汽车专业教研的有效性，促进区域中职学校教师的专业发展，提高人才培养质量。

Exploration on the Practice of “1+N” Regional Collaborative Teaching and Research for Secondary Vocational Automobile Majors

Abstract：This article mainly discusses the automobile major of Yuzhong District. Through practical exploration， a cooperative teaching and research mode of secondary vocational education automotive major in Yuzhong District was constructed to achieve the coordination of multiple secondary vocational schools， urban teaching and research institutions， full-time and part-time teachers and researchers in Yuzhong District， so as to improve the effectiveness of the professional teaching and research of secondary vocational automobiles in Yuzhong District， promote the professional development of regional secondary vocational school teachers， and improve the quality of talent training.

2013年渝中区教育委员会成立“渝中区职业教育研究中心”，选拔区内中职学校一线优秀教师担任兼职教研员，在渝中区教师进修学院职教专职教研员的引领下，辖区内中职学校共同开展区域性教学研讨，本人有幸作为渝中区汽车兼职教研员。本文主要论述在依托渝中区职业教育研究中心，以渝中区汽车专业为例，通过实践探索，构建中等职业教育汽车专业渝中区协同教研模式，实现渝中区多所中职学校、市区教研机构、专兼职教研员等多层面、多方力量、多种资源的协同，从而提高渝中区中职汽车教研的有效性，促进区域中职学校汽车的专业发展，提高人才培养质量。

1 目前重庆区域教研现状

当前，重庆市各区县中职区域教研现状问题突出——区县缺失专门的职教教研机构，即使设置有职教教研机构，但区县职教教研人员队伍数量严重不足，特别是专业教研员特别缺少。不少区县专业职教教研活动限于本校本地，围绕专业的跨区域教研活动开展较少。职业教育学科、专业门类众多，但教研人员少，精力有限，区县职教教研往往停留于常规工作的布置与组织。……
