摘 要：对于我国广大职业院校教师而言，不仅需要具有一定的教学能力，而且需要具备合格的实践能力，对自身的知识与技能不断更新，及时了解与扎实掌握行业企业先进的工艺与技术，在此基础上优化充实教学内容，强化教学质量，从而培养满足区域经济有效发展的高层次技术型人才。当前，教师企业实践已成为教师增强实践能力，掌握行业最新发展情况的一条必要途径。对此，文章将对教师企业实践提高教学质量的路径加以简要分析。

Abstract：The majority of vocational college teachers in my country， not only need to have certain teaching ability， but also need to have qualified practical ability， keep updating their own knowledge and skills， timely understand and firmly grasp the advanced technology and technology of industry enterprises. On this basis， the teaching content is optimized and enriched， and the teaching quality is strengthened， so as to cultivate high-level technical talents who can meet the effective development of regional economy. At present， teacher enterprise practice has become a necessary way for teachers to enhance their practical ability and grasp the latest development of the industry. In this regard， the article will briefly analyze the path of teachers enterprise practice to improve teaching quality.

1 引言

當前大部分职业学校过度关注理论教学，在一定程度上缺少关于实践教学的指导，导致企业实践和学生培养相脱离，学生在毕业后缺少就业优势。针对职业学校的人才培养目标而言，以应用型技术型人才培养为主，强调学生自身的操作能力，而真正决定教学质量的则是教师个人实践能力的高低。教师在企业实践中提高实践能力并正确认识实践的必要性，从而对教学当中的实践教学占比有效调整，从而培养满足高科技社会发展需求的职业人。

2 简析教师企业实践对教学质量的改善

从某省5所职业教育学校随机抽取200为教师的关于“企业实践所得”问卷调查分析，教师企业实践对教学质量的改善效果，具体分析如图1：

第一，强化构建基础技能与专业知识体系。之所以要进行企业实践，其主要目的是帮助教师掌握企业具体运行机制，清楚所设岗位的各方面要求、企业针对各种人才的需求，明确企业针对人才职业素养与知识结构的相关要求，进而更具针对性地进行教学活动，从而培养满足企业发展需求高层次应用型人才。……
