【摘  要】在新时期发展背景下，对于公共图书馆建设与发展工作来讲，所拥有的信息资源进行数字化建设工作对于未来的发展是非常重要的，同时也是对当前图书馆阅读内容和形式进行丰富以及推广阅读工作的重要途径之一。论文主要从公共图书馆资源数字化建设和阅读推广两方面进行当前公共图书馆发展论述，并提出相关建议，提高当前图书馆的服务工作水平以及发展水平。

【Abstract】In the context of the development of the new period， for the construction and development of public libraries， the digital construction of information resources is very important for the future development， and it is also one of the important ways to enrich the reading content and form of the current library and promote the reading work. This paper mainly discusses the development of the current public library from two aspects of the digital construction of public library resources and the promotion of reading， and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the service level and development level of the current library.

1 引言

图书馆本身的作用是能够给人们提供阅读的场所以及阅读的资源，而阅读本身对于人们的成长来讲，丰富人们的知识开拓人们的视野，提高人的认知水平以及综合素养。所以基于当前的社会发展背景来看，公共图书馆本身所拥有的，为人们提供学习和阅读的作用越来越重要，为了能够更好地使文化进行传播，并且推动社会主义精神文明建设工作，需要就公共图书馆进行工作服务模式的创新。所以在本文当中，将对当前公共图书馆资源数字化建设与阅读推广工作进行论述。

2 公共图书馆资源数字化建设

2.1 公共图书馆资源数字化建设形式

对于图书馆的发展以及建设来讲，数字化资源建设工作已经成为图书馆实现可持续发展的必然途径以及重要工具。为了能够更好地适应当前的读者需求，需要基于当前的计算机信息技术，对图书馆所拥有的信息资源进行数字化建设，通过数字化以及电子化处理手段对传统纸质资源进行优化，使得图书馆本身的信息传播媒介得到增加。……
