【摘  要】着眼于当前我国煤炭企业的新环境，我们要转变视角，致力于探索推动我国煤炭行业发展的新途径和新方法，为了更好地保护矿工的合法权益，保障煤炭行业的可持续发展，煤炭企业需要引进一些创新性技术和先进管理理念。论文主要基于关心矿工生命安全和煤炭企业安全发展的角度，对目前我国煤炭企业的发展提出一些思考和策略。

【Abstract】Focusing on the current new environment of China's coal enterprises， we should change our perspective and devote ourselves to exploring new ways and methods to promote the development of China's coal industry. In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of miners and ensure the sustainable development of the coal industry， coal enterprises need to introduce some innovative technologies and advanced management concepts. Mainly based on the perspective of caring for the safety of miners' lives and the safety development of coal enterprises， this paper puts forward some thoughts and strategies for the current development of China's coal enterprises.

1 引言

煤炭行业作为我国能源结构中比重较大的一项，一直以来在我国的经济发展建设当中发挥着至关重要的作用，但是近年来，随着我国经济发展呈现新常态，我国的煤炭行业也同样面临着种种挑战和问题，等待着煤炭企业管理者去解决。

2 经济新常态下煤炭企业发展现状

第一，我国经济建设始终朝着稳中向好的方向前进，近十年来经济发展一直处于高速增长的阶段当中，这种经济快速发展的态势，为人们的思想观念上带来了很多转变，从前我国很多企业的发展都是先发展经济后考虑环保工作，这种想法为我国的经济发展带来了一些优势，但是同时也为生态环境带来了不可逆转的危害，在发展了经济之后还需要大量的人力物力财力等，去维护后续的生态环境，人们逐渐意识到，经济发展不应该建立在危害环境、破坏生态这个基础上。这种生态环境的高标准理念，也要求着煤炭企业的发展顺应时代潮流发生转变，不能单一地追求GDP的增长，而是应该顾全大局，考虑环保和环境方面的一些问题。……
