【摘  要】国有企业在发展的过程中，应当严格按照党和国家的要求，持续提升执纪水平，努力为国有企业可持续发展提供保障。从当前国有企业纪委开展执纪工作的整体情况来看，尽管与过去相比有了较大的提升，但仍然有一些国有企业在执纪工作方面缺乏重视，需要认真改进。论文对此进行了研究和探讨，在分析提高国有企业执纪水平的时代意义基础上，重点就如何提高国有企业执纪水平提出有效方法。

【Abstract】In the process of development， state-owned enterprises should continue to improve the level of discipline execution in strict accordance with the requirements of the Party and the state， and strive to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. Judging from the overall situation of the discipline execution work carried out by the discipline inspection commission of state-owned enterprises， although it has been greatly improved compared with the past， there are still some state-owned enterprises that lack attention in the discipline execution work and need serious improvement. The paper studies and discusses this. Based on the analysis of the time significance of improving the level of discipline execution in state-owned enterprises， this paper puts forward some effective methods on how to improve the level of discipline execution in state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

随着我国经济的快速发展，国有企业改革已经成为重要的方向。在这个过程中，要想使国有企业科学和健康发展，应当将党风廉政建设上升到战略层面，特别是要发挥国有企业纪委的积极作用，努力使党风廉政建设取得更大突破。因而，应当积极探索提高国有企业执纪水平的有效路径，努力在提升执纪能力方面加大工作力度，确保国有企业可持续发展。这就需要国有企业纪委在开展执纪工作的过程中，一定要站在时代背景下，进一步深化对提高国有企业执纪水平时代意义的认识，并采取更加科学、有效的措施，大力推动国有企业执纪工作步入良性发展轨道，进而在促进国有企业科学、健康、持续发展方面提供保障和创造条件。

2 提高国有企业执纪水平的时代意义

2.1 顺应新时代反腐倡廉工作的需要
