【摘  要】伴随商品流动，商品的技术含量也越来越高。同时，金融全球化进程加速，使得我国经济体系发展速度不断加快，实验室认可活动成为合格评定的重要构成内容之一，与市场经济有着紧密的联系。实验室经过国家认可是体现化学企业技术能力和服务能力的重要标志。论文对化工企业实验室认可进行相关分析，对有关认识进行了归纳总结。

【Abstract】With the flow of commodities， the technical content of commodities is also higher and higher. At the same time， the accelerated process of financial globalization has made the development of China's economic system continue to accelerate. Laboratory accreditation activity has become one of the important components of conformity assessment， which is closely related to the market economy. National accreditation of laboratory is an important symbol to demonstrate the technical ability and service ability of chemical enterprises. The paper provides a relevant analysis of laboratory accreditation of chemical enterprises and summarizes the relevant understanding.

1 实验室认可的基本含义

实验室认可表示的是校准，以及检验实验室有能力开展相关种类的校准或者检验并给予的一项正式认可。简言之，就是对实现一项校准或检验工作的能力评估。这一评估是根据相关规范开展的，具体的目的是告知用户这一实验室工作的可信性。相关的参照是有关的规范和对应的原则。这些国际标准都是通过国际标准化组织/合格评定委员会审核通过从而发布的。这些国际标准的目标是规定实验室需要达成的普遍需求，也就是假如一个实验室为了得到认可其拥有参与校验或检验的能力，表示它给予的数据精准可靠，也就是这个实验室需要证实其工作程序是根据原则需求开展的。实验室认可是通过政府授权构建的权威组织开展的，是对实验室技术水平的现场评估以及对校准或检验工作的公正性的评价。

2 国际实验室认可工作的发展

因为实验室认可对于社会经济发展拥有强大意义，所以国际上多个发达国家早在20世纪中后期就已经实施了这一工作。……
