【摘  要】党的十九大针对我国产业全球化战略发展提出了明确要求，要求我国产业在迈向全球价值链中高端发展进程中，应该重点加强沿线地区国家之间的国际产能合作力度，确保产业高质量发展目标以及全球价值链体系得以构建形成。为确保这一发展目标得以顺利实现，论文主要立足于“一带一路”战略思想，重点针对产业物流枢纽网络化布局以及规模发展问题进行统筹规划与合理分析，并针对“一带一路”战略思想下沿线物流枢纽网络体系建设问题进行总结归纳，以供参考。

【Abstract】The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward clear requirements for the strategic development of China's industrial globalization， which requires that China's industries should focus on strengthening the international production capacity cooperation among countries along "the Belt and Road" in the process of moving toward the middle and high-end development of the global value chain， so as to ensure the formation of high-quality development goal of the industry and the establishment of the global value chain system. In order to ensure the smooth realization of the development goals， based on "the Belt and Road" strategic thought， this paper focuses on the overall planning and reasonable analysis of the network layout and scale development of industrial logistics hubs， and summarizes the construction of logistics hub network system along "the Belt and Road" under the "the Belt and Road" strategic thought， for reference.

1 引言

加强沿线地区国家之间的国际产能合作，基本上可以视为我国“一带一路”战略建设工作的重要任务。要求在战略部署规划过程中，我国方面应该加强国际产能合作力度，以期可以创建全球价值链的轨道体系。在实践过程中，我国应该积极与沿线国家之间开展良好的国际产能合作，发挥国际产能合作优势的同时，促进我国产业转型升级发展。在此过程中，物流产业的发展建设成果往往会对我国国际产能合作情况产生至关重要的影响。因此，若想全面加强我国国际产能合作水平，国内物流产业就必须立足于“一带一路”发展背景，依托于运输通道以及物流枢纽，引导加强国际产能合作。

2 “一带一路”沿线物流枢纽网络体系建设的必要性分析
