【摘  要】论文主要分析企业基层党支部规范化建设的意义与现状，重点介绍加强规范化建设的几种方式。企业基层党支部是党组织体系的基础，是联系党和广大人民群众的纽带，因此，规范化基层党支部具有十分重要的意义与价值。通过探索规范化建设措施，以期不断提升党支部建设质量，进而将党组织的政治化优势转变为企业发展的经济竞争力与社会竞争力。

【Abstract】This paper mainly analyzes the significance and present situation of standardization construction of grassroots Party branches in enterprises， and emphatically introduces several ways to strengthen standardization construction. The grassroots Party branch of an enterprise is the foundation of the Party organization system and the link between the Party and the broad masses of the people， so it is of great significance and value to standardize the grassroots Party branch. By exploring standardization construction measures， we hope to continuously improve the quality of Party branch construction， and then transform the political advantage of the Party organization into the economic competitiveness and social competitiveness of enterprise development.

1 引言

党的十九大会议对企业基层党支部建设工作提出了更高的要求，为深入贯彻落实新时代党的组织路线，规范化建设基层党支部迫在眉睫。近年来，我国企业发展速度越来越快，一定程度上忽视了党支部建设，削弱了基层党组织的核心竞争力，应加强重视，促进企业基层党支部的标准化、规范化建设发展。

2 企业基层党支部规范化建设的内涵定位

在企业基层党支部发展中，明确规范化建设的内涵与定位至关重要，可为日后的党组织工作提供理论依据，相关人員需积极响应习总书记的号召，明确新时代党支部标准化、规范化建设概念与要求，确定建设方向，有针对性地进行问题整改。

3 企业基层党支部规范化建设的意义

习近平总书记在党十九大会议中提出了新时期建设基层党支部的任务与要求，为党建组织发展设立了新目标。企业基层党支部是党建工程中不可或缺的重要部分，要充分发挥主体地位，使其成为联系群众的桥梁，应制定高标准的建设要求，逐步提升企业基层党支部规范化、科学化建设程度，进而实现从严治党，为企业的可持续发展提供有效助力。……
