【摘  要】论文从积极老龄化视角分析人口老龄化对区域产业结构优化的影响，分别从劳动力供给、消费需求变化、居民储蓄等方面研究人口老龄化对产业结构优化影响中的抑制或推动作用。研究结果显示：积极老龄化视角下，人口老龄化在人才培养、产业结构匹配、产业集聚等方面能够促进产业结构优化。

【Abstract】The paper analyzes the influence of population aging on the optimization of regional industrial structure from the perspective of active aging， and studies the inhibitory or promoting effects in the influence of population aging on the optimization of industrial structure in terms of labor supply， changes in consumer demand， and residents' savings， respectively. The research results show that population aging can promote the optimization of industrial structure in terms of talents training， industrial structure matching and industrial agglomeration under the perspective of active aging.

1 问题提出

2020年5月，中共中央首次提出构建国内国际双循环新发展格局，随着人口老龄化程度的进一步加深，国内需求结构发生了较大的变化，并对产业结构调整带来直接影响。从积极老龄化视角去分析人口老龄化对产业结构调整的动力机制，有助于推动地区产业机构的调整成效提升，促进经济高质量发展。刘成坤提出地区产业结构调整与区域人口老龄化程度之间存在着长期的均衡关系，体现在产业结构升级初期，人口老龄化具有抑制作用，但从长远来看，人口老龄化可以推动产业结构优化升级。张鸿琴和王拉娣通过对1999-2018年相关数据进行实证研究，提出人口老龄化与产业结构呈现“倒U型”非线性特征，具体表现为当65岁及以上老年人口占总人口比重小于10%时，促进产业结构优化;当占比超过10%时会抑制产业结构优化。无论是从产业结构调整阶段，还是从人口老龄化程度，学者研究表明，两者之间存在着相互作用关系，因此，有必要研究并明确双方影响的动力机制。……
