【摘  要】近年来，一系列促进外向型经济发展的利好政策相继出台，广东省佛山市的外向型经济也得到了突飞猛进的发展。但由于受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，以外向型经济为导向的企业当前面临诸多困境，形势不容乐观。论文通过具体分析疫情对外向型经济带来的困境，研究应对策略并探索发展新机，以期为以外向型经济为导向的企业、粤港澳大湾区乃至全国经济提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】In recent years， a series of favorable policies to promote the development of export-oriented economy have been introduced one after another， and the export-oriented economy of Foshan City， Guangdong Province has been developed by leaps and bounds. However， due to the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic， enterprises that take the export-oriented economy as their orientation are currently facing many dilemmas and the situation is not optimistic. By specifically analyzing the dilemma brought by the epidemic to the export-oriented economy， the paper examines coping strategies and explores new opportunities for development， with a view to providing references and lessons for the enterprises that take the export-oriented economy as their orientation， the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even the national economy.

1 困境

新冠肺炎疫情对我国外向型经济造成的巨大影响分两为大阶段：国内疫情爆发期和国外疫情爆发期。

1.1 国内疫情爆发期

2019年12月底，新冠肺炎疫情于我国湖北武汉爆发，至今国内确诊人数高达86000余人，成为新中國成立以来传播速度最快、影响范围最广、防控难度最大的重大突发公共卫生事件。2020年2月初，疫情逐步蔓延至全国，各省份陆续公布停工停产，首先是旅游、餐饮、住宿等服务业被迫暂停营业，随后工厂企业推迟复工时间，均采取远程形式进行办公。同时，境外许多国家采取严格的防控措施，部分航线停飞，海路停运，极大地冲击了中国外贸行业。除了补货困难、物流严重受阻等困境，客户对我国产品的信任度逐日下降，不断出现类似“中国制造的产品携带病毒，呼吁抵制中国制造”的言论以及“将中国制造扔垃圾桶”的不良行为，进而陆续退款。在此背景下，外贸企业举步维艰，困难重重。……
