【摘  要】当前，在我国社会经济的发展过程中，农业产业的迅猛发展对于经济发展水平的提升有着关键性的作用。而在农业现代化进程推进过程中，农业企业的发展状况对其有着至关重要的影响。在当前我国农业企业的管理过程中，仍然存在一定的问题或者困境，这对于该类企业的可持续发展造成很大制约。基于此，论文重点分析了农业企业管理过程中的困境以及发展对策等相关内容，以期为促进我国农业企业的良性发展作出一定贡献。

【Abstract】At present， in the process of China's social and economic development， the rapid development of agricultural industry plays a key role in improving the level of economic development. And in the process of promoting the modernization of agriculture， the development status of agricultural enterprises has a crucial impact on it. In the current management process of agricultural enterprises in China， there are still some existing problems or predicaments， which restrict the sustainable development of such enterprises. Based on this， this paper focuses on the analysis of the predicaments in the management process of agricultural enterprises， development countermeasures and other related contents， so as to make a certain contribution to the healthy development of agricultural enterprises in China.

1 引言

当前，从整体情况来看，我国在农业产业的经营发展过程中取得了巨大的进步，为我国社会经济的良性发展作出了极大的贡献。然而，就具体情况来看，我国农业企业经营管理过程中仍然存在一定的问题，与世界发达国家的农业企业管理进行对比，还存在着一定的差距，虽然近年来我国在农业企业管理方面进一步加大管理力度，但是因为管理基础比较薄弱，相应的技术和管理模式仍然存在很多問题，在实际的发展过程中仍然面临很大困境。

2 农业企业管理的主要困境

2.1 农业企业的技术相对滞后

从实践情况来看，针对相关农业企业进行调研分析可以看出，大部分农业企业并没有高度关注农业技术的创新优化，缺乏应有的创新思维和创新意识，特别是某些中小型的农业企业，在创新方面缺乏应有的力度，并没有充分实现创新化、规模化的农业产业发展，而这对于当前我国农业企业的高质量、高效率发展会造成极大的限制。……
