书法是情格的使然。赏读王仲群先生的书法作品，直观感觉是，让人从中感受到蒸蒸向上的力量，字形端庄稳重，笔力苍劲豪迈，笔意浑厚潇洒，笔有尽而意无穷，既保持了传统的章法，又突出了创新，彰显出鲜明的个性特色。

仲群先生一直从事行政管理工作，同时还努力学习研究优秀的传统文化，传承我国优秀的文脉，并贯穿到自己的书法之中。使得书法豪放刚毅，意蕴深厚，字形美观大方，笔调干净利索，既给人意象美，又给人饱满的力量感。（作者系河北省新闻书画家协会副主席，中国书画家联谊会第五届理事会理事）

Temperament conditions calligraphy. The power behind Wang Zhongqun’s calligraphy works comes from discovering the profound intuitive feeling contained within the ancient characters. Traditionally organized, his calligraphy highlights flexible innovation and distinctive uniqueness. He shows his style with grace and decorum, the strokes are full of vigor and force, and his writing’s charm comes out with ease and depth. There may be an end to the works, but not to the artistic conception.

Mr. Wang is not only engaged in administration, but he also strives to study and research the excellent traditional culture.As a veritable inheritor of the Chinese civilization’s brilliant art, he incorporates cultural elements into his calligraphy.Thereby it makes his calligraphy unconstrained, steady, profound, and natural. The character pattern is pleasing and dignified. The handwriting is sharp-edged and neat. His works impress people with imagery, beauty and portray a great strength in the vivid movements.
