摘要：在当前严峻的国际发展形势之下，国家的发展进步离不开创新型人才的培养，高校必须把创新创业型人才培养模式的完善作为重点，该文立足于双创的浪潮之下，从当前高校的双创人才培养模式近些年来已经取得的成效，以及至今仍存在的部分问题出发，基于CDIO的视角，并以其为主要指导思想，分析当代高校在大学生创新创业人才培养模式方面的不足，提出对于如何改善当前创新创业人才培养模式，提升创新型人才的培养质量的几条思考，在双创背景下结合CDIO理念为进一步推动高校人才培养模式的构建完善提供参考依据。

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training Model in Universities Based on CDIO

Abstract：Under the current severe international development situation， the development and progress of our country cannot do without the cultivation of new talents. Colleges and Universities must focus on the improvement of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Based on the tide of mass entrepreneurship and innovation， this paper starts from the achievements of the current training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and Universities and the existing problems， based on the perspective of CDIO， taking it as the main guiding ideology， this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Contemporary Colleges and Universities， and puts forward several thoughts on how to improve the current training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and enhance the training quality of innovative talents. Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation， combined with CDIO concept， it provides reference for further promoting the construction and improvement of talent training mode in Colleges and Universities.

1 引言

创新是民族前进的重要推动力，是人类社会得以进步的灵魂[1]。当今时代，普通高等院校毫无疑问成了创新创业人才的培养伊甸园，不仅要培养既能适应时代的新时期大学生，还要培养能够引领经济社会发展的高素质人才[2]。重点扶持大学生自主创新创业，高校需以人才培养为核心理念并坚持此理念为办学宗旨。然而，在高校大学生实践创新能力培养过程中，高校的“双创”人才培养的教育体系、课程安排等方面存在不足，极大地影响了大学生真正的创新创业能力的培养。基于CDIO视角，高校可以构建更完善的，适合培养创新能力的理论与实践教学体系，丰富教学资源以支撑创新能力培养，确保学生在校期间可以树立“双创”意识，并接受全面的创新创业的指导思想，提升自我创新能力，为将来的创新创业之路做好铺垫。……
