摘要：在线学习常态化发展的背景下学习质量被广泛关注，在线学习投入可反映学习质量。通过对338名大学生发放问卷的方式进行在线学习投入的影响因素实证研究。结果表明，大学生在线学习投入水平一般，其中行为投入、认知投入高于情感投入;在线学习投入水平与性别无关，但会受到年级、在线学习经历的影响;学生的学业自我效能感、教师支持、同伴交互显著正向影响在线学习投入。可从提高学业自我效能感，提供教师支持，促进同伴交互水平三方面提高在线学习投入。

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Online Learning Engagement

Abstract： In the context of the normal development of online learning， learning quality has been widely concerned. Online learning investment can be used as an important indicator to reflect learning quality.338 college students were investigated for the influence factors of online learning investment. The results show that the level of online learning investment of college students is average， and the behavioral investment and cognitive investment are higher than the emotional investment.Online learning engagement level has nothing to do with gender， but is affected by grade and online learning experience.Students' academic self-efficacy， teacher support and peer interaction significantly positively affect online learning engagement.Online learning engagement can be improved from three aspects： improving academic self-efficacy， providing teacher support and promoting peer interaction.

1 引言

2021年7月教育部等部门发文指出面向教育高质量发展需要进行教育新型基础设施建设，促进信息技术与教育教学深度融合提高教育教学质量[1]。2020年新冠疫情期间“停课不停学”扩大在线学习的应用规模，后疫情时代在线学习常态化发展。赋予线上教育打破教育资源分配不均、解决教育鸿沟的意义，勾勒出知识共享、人人可学的美好蓝图，政府制定政策推动在线学习发展，高校与企业多方联动将MOOC、在线直播课程等引入日常教学。现代学生被称为数字时代的原住民，对线上教学有较高接受程度，但在线学习广泛运用的过程中暴露出学生學习兴趣不强、自主学习能力低、投入不够、体验感差、辍学率高等问题，在线教学质量无法得到保证。学生的在线学习投入与在线学习绩效[2]、学习收获[3]、学习满意度正相关，能够预测在线学习绩效[4]，反映学习质量为有效干预教学提供参考，是评价高等教育质量的重要指标[5]。……
