摘要：隨着5G技术的日益普及，信息技术得到飞速发展，使得现代技术手段不断与教育改革融合，为帮助藏区学生跨越语言障碍，加深对信息技术的认识，帮助藏区的中学生更好地学习信息技术，为解决地区之间的信息技术教育发展不平衡问题提供借鉴与参考，以人教版七年级《信息技术》上册中的第一章第一节《信息及信息的特征》内容为依据，面向藏区中学的初一学生开展藏汉双语教学，将知识点转化成问题，以问题为导向，进行藏汉双语交互式微课设计与开发。

Abstract：With the increasing popularity of 5G technology， the rapid development of information technology has enabled modern technology to continue to integrate with educational reforms， in order to help Tibetan students overcome language barriers， deepen their understanding of information technology， and help Tibetan middle school students to better learn information Technology， to provide reference and reference for solving the problem of uneven development of information technology education between regions， based on the content of Chapter 1， Section 1 "Information and Information Features" in the first volume of the seventh grade "Information Technology" of the People's Education Edition， The Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching is carried out for the first-year students of middle schools in Tibetan areas， and knowledge points are transformed into problems. 双语教育质量关乎民族地区教育质量，民族地区教育质量的高低影响着藏区社会经济发展及人才培养质量。伴随着民族地区教育改革的不断推进，藏汉双语教育质量也在逐渐提升[1]，然而，随着5G技术的日益普及，信息技术得到飞速发展，我国已进入了信息化建设的关键时期，需要培养一批强大的信息技术建设人才，应教育部要求在义务教育阶段全面开展信息技术课程，但在开展实施的过程中总存在着各种各样的问题，边远的少数民族地区基础教育信息化的发展是相对缓慢的，现阶段我国藏区双语教学普遍存在的问题有;双语教师师资缺乏，师资水平相对较低;双语学习的社会文化相对滞后;缺乏汉语的学习环境，汉语教学质量不高[2];特别是在西部山区少数民族地区，该问题严重阻碍我国基础教育全面均衡发展。……
