For this part， you are allowed 30 minutes to write a letter to a foreign friend who wants to learn Chinese. Please recommend a university to him. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

Dear Andy，

I was so happy to receive your letter dated December 1st. You asked me to recommend a university for you to study Chinese at. Im writing this letter to put forward some tips.

Id like to recommend Beijing Language and Culture University to you. It is the only university of its kind in China that specializes in offering Chinese language and culture courses to foreign students. It boasts the most qualified faculty， who have decades of experience in teaching international students Chinese. Another advantage of studying at this university is that you can meet schoolfellows from all over the world. Isnt it exciting to often compare notes with school friends from around the globe？

I hope you will find my advice useful. Please write to me soon and tell me about your decision. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Yours truly，

Li Ming （152 words）
