摘要：采用ESDA空间分析法及空间重心转移模型探讨中国体育产业专利的时空演化特征。结果表明，中国体育产业专利整体呈上升趋势;外观设计、发明、实用新型三种专利的总量均不断增加，其中实用新型专利总量位居首位，发明专利总量居末位。体育产业专利呈现空间集聚态势，东部地区的江苏、浙江、福建、广东、安徽、江西出现高高集聚的现象，西部地区的新疆、西藏、宁夏、甘肃、青海等地以低低集聚为主。中国体育产业专利创新的重心转移点呈现向东南转移趋势，重心转移轨迹较为集中和明显;建议加大创新政策引导，推动创新区域协同，激发创新平台潜力。

Spatio-temporal evolution of patent innovation in China's sports industry

Abstract：ESDA spatial analysis method and spatial barycenter shift model were used to explore the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of Chinese sports industry patents. The results show that the overall trend of Chinese sports industry patents is rising; the total amount of patents for appearance design， invention and utility model are increasing， in which the utility model patent quantity is the highest while the invention patent quantity is the lowest. The patent presents spatial agglomeration state with the eastern region of Jiangsu， Zhejiang， Fujian， Guangdong， Anhui， Jiangxi having the phenomenon of high concentration， while the western region of Xinjiang， Tibet， Ningxia， Gansu， Qinghai and other places with low concentration. The shift of China's sports industry patent innovation core areas shows a trend of shifting to the southeast， and the trajectory shift is more concentrated and obvious. It is suggested to increase policy guidance on innovation， promote regional collaboration on innovation， and unleash the potential of innovation platforms.

進入新时代，创新是体育产业实现转型升级的主要引擎，也是体育产业高质量发展的重要动力。国务院《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》明确提出“完善无形资产开发保护和创新驱动政策”的相关措施;国务院办公厅印发的《体育强国建设纲要》中也强调“支持体育用品研发设计、生产制造和示范应用，引导企业加大自主研发和科技成果转化力度”，我国在顶层设计上，已将体育产业创新置于产业发展的各个环节中。体育产业创新，核心载体是技术专利，它能够直观体现出体育产业创新能力，是衡量体育科技创新水平的重要指标，反映出一个国家体育科技的创新能力和市场化程度。……
