摘要：體育因其自身巨大的包容性与拓展性，成为大扶贫格局下精准扶贫事业的有效补充，“体育+赛事”型精准扶贫是其典型模式和独特优势。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对后扶贫时代“体育+赛事”型精准扶贫模式的价值意蕴、现实困境与优化路径进行研究。研究发现：“体育+赛事”型精准扶贫模式包括公资源类、共资源类、私资源类三种基础性形式，对于全面落实乡村振兴战略、加快推进健康中国战略以及助推体育强国建设目标具有重要的价值。但是，当前其发展存在“公资源”类赛事扶持陷入内卷化、“共资源”类赛事推进乏力、“私资源”类赛事注入遭精英俘获等问题。鉴于此，建议制度性嵌入，确保“公资源”类赛事定量注入;壮大集体经济实力，强化贫困地区自身内动力;搭建利好的投资环境，唤醒市场参与活力，以最大化发挥“体育+赛事”型精准扶贫模式在后扶贫时代的价值。

Value and difficulty ofprecision poverty alleviation based on "sports+events" and realization path in the post poverty alleviation era

Abstract：Due to its great inclusiveness and expansibility， sports has become an effective supplement to the targeted poverty alleviation under the pattern of large-scale poverty alleviation. The "sports + event" type of targeted poverty alleviation is its typical mode and unique advantages. By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis， this paper studies the value implication， realistic dilemma and optimization path of the "sports + event" precise poverty alleviation model in the post poverty alleviation era. It is found that the targeted poverty alleviation mode of "sports + events" includes three basic forms：public resources， common resources and private resources. It is of great value to comprehensively implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy， accelerate the healthy China strategy and boost the construction of a sports power. However， at present， there are some problems in its development， such as the support of "public resources" events falling into involution， "common resources" sports events promotion is weak， and "private resources" events are captured by elites. In view of this， this paper puts forward the implementation path of institutional embeddedness to ensure the quantitative injection of "public resources" sports events; to strengthen the collective economic strength and strengthen the internal power of poor areas; to build a favorable investment environment， and to wake up the vitality of market participation， so as to maximize the value of the "sports + event" precise poverty alleviation model in the post poverty alleviation era.
