【摘 要】目的：研究通过孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德对哮喘进行治疗的实际效果。 方法：整理2020年10月至2021年7月期间的134例哮喘患者的数据信息，根据两种治疗方案展开分组，各67例，其中参照组通过布地奈德进行治疗，实验组则通过孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德进行治疗，最后对得到的结果展开对比。结果：实验组所对应的控制率相对较高，并且其明显超过参照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗前生活质量不存在显著差异（P>0.05）；实验组通过一系列治疗之后，患者生活质量在一定程度上超过参照组（P<0.05）。结论：将孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德联合应用之后，患者的哮喘症状得到明显改善，并且可以显著提高控制率，稳定患者病情，优化患者生活质量，可以在临床上进行大力推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the actual effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide in the treatment of asthma. Methods： The data and information of 134 asthma patients from October 2020 to July 2021 were sorted out， according to two types of treatment plans，they were divided into groups， 67 cases in each group， of which the reference group was treated with budesonide and the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium and budesonide， and finally the results obtained were compared. Results： The correspondingcontrol rate of the experimental group was relatively high， and it was significantly higher than that of the reference group（P<0.05）； There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）； After a series of treatments，the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group to a certain extent（P<0.05）. Conclusion： After the combined application of montelukast sodium and budesonide， the patients’ asthma symptoms have been significantly improved， and the control rate can be significantly improved， the patient’s condition can be stabilized， and the patient’s quality of life can be optimized. It can be promoted clinically.

哮喘是臨床上一种非常常见的疾病，其属于慢性气道病之一，病情存在反复的特点，主要表现出持续性咳嗽和呼吸困难，且存在一定程度的气道高反应。这种疾病的主要特征为气道慢性炎症，在病程增加的同时会造成气道重构，在凌晨或者夜间病情会加重，治疗后能够得到有效缓解。哮喘通常发生在不同年龄阶段，受我国环境污染问题逐渐严重的影响，哮喘发病率不断提高，常用的治疗方法为雾化吸入治疗[1]。这种方法可以有效控制病情，若是病情严重，那么会造成重症哮喘，为患者的生活质量和生命安全带来一些危害。在临床上患者会出现呼吸急速等一些症状。……
