【摘 要】目的：探究用信必可联合无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺的实际成效。方法：收集和整理本院从2020年1月至2021年7月收治的慢阻肺患者，病例总数为50，此后将这些患者随机划分为两组，参照组和观察组分别实行舒利迭和信必可治疗，并且均展开无创呼吸机治疗，然后将两方案的治疗效果展开对比。结果：在经过标准化的治疗之后，发现观察组的多数指标都显著超过参照组；此外对整体而言，观察组出现不良反应的比例与参照组相比偏低，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：在慢阻肺患者的治疗中，信必可聯合无创呼吸机治疗能够取得非常明显的效果，对于改善患者的肺功能及减少不良反应极为有利，具有安全性和有效性。

Explore the effect of treating COPD with symbicortcombined with noninvasive ventilator

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the actual effect of using symbicort combined with non-invasive ventilator to treat COPD. Methods： The COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were collected and sorted. The total number of cases was 50. After that， these patients were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group and the observation group were treated with seretide and symbicort respectively， and both were treated with noninvasive ventilator， and then the therapeutic effects of the two programs are compared. Results： After standardized treatment， it was found that most of the indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group. In addition， as a whole， the proportion of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the other group， with significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， symbicort combined with non-invasive ventilator therapy can achieve very obvious results. It is extremely beneficial to improve the patient’s lung function and reduce adverse reactions， and is safe and effective.

慢阻肺为呼吸系统疾病，该病症病程时间长，复发率高，患者通常以不完全可逆性气流受限为主要表现，常见症状包括咳痰、气促等，严重影响着患者的日常生活，需要及时展开治疗。临床中β受体阻滞剂、糖皮质激素及无创呼吸机治疗等都是临床常见手段。信必可是一种复合制剂，其中的福美特罗及布地奈德可以对平滑肌细胞增生发挥较为明显的阻碍作用，能够对气道发挥一定程度的扩张作用，大幅度降低炎性细胞活性，增强小气道通气功能，使患者的各项症状得到改善，主要包括呼吸困难、喘息等，整体而言，这种药物对于慢阻肺患者的治疗具有十分理想的适用性，此外，相关学者经过大量实验分析，发现将该药物与无创呼吸机联合应用之后可以进一步增强疗效，使多项肺功能指标逐步恢复正常[1]，下文将对其进行具体论述。……
