【摘 要】目的：分析血常规检验中采取静脉血检验与末梢血检验的结果与差异。方法：针对在我院实施血常规检验的患者55例作为本次观察对象，针对55例接受血常规检验的患者分别实施末梢血检验（对照组）及静脉血检验（研究组），使用抽血针进行规范的穿刺抽血处理，穿刺之后将末梢血、静脉血分别放置在抗凝管内部摇匀，血液样本要求在半小时内送检及检验。末梢血、静脉血检验过程中采用末梢一次性采血针及一次性静脉血样采集针，采血之后对患者指腹及静脉采血部位进行消毒处理。对比两组血常规检验患者的检验结果差异。结果：研究组实施静脉血检验后的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组实施末梢血检验（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义；且研究组检验后的血小板相对于对照组明显更高（P<0.05），统计学有意义。结论：在血常规检验中抽取静脉血检验的结果诊断准确率显著高于末梢血检验，能相对减少误差现象的出现，在对疾病诊断以及治疗方案的选择上能提供更可靠的数据依据。为患者疾病的诊断及治疗方案的确定提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the results and differences between venous blood test and peripheral blood test in blood routine test. Methods： 55 patients who underwent blood routine test in our hospital were observed. 55 patients who underwent blood routine test were subjected to peripheral blood test （control group） and venous blood test （research group）. Blood sampling needles were used for standard puncture and blood sampling. After puncture， peripheral blood and venous blood were placed in anticoagulant tubes and shaken evenly， Blood samples are required to be submitted for examination and examination within half an hour. In the process of peripheral blood and venous blood test， disposable peripheral blood collection needle and disposable venous blood sample collection needle are used. After blood collection， the patient’s finger abdomen and venous blood collection site are disinfected. The test results of the two groups were compared. Results： The levels of red blood cells， white blood cells and hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）； The platelets in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The diagnostic accuracy of venous blood test in blood routine test is significantly higher than that of peripheral blood test， which can reduce the occurrence of error and provide more reliable data basis for disease diagnosis and treatment plan selection.It provides a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
