【摘 要】目的：探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜保胆手术中的应用效果。方法：选择2018年1月至2020年12月来我院诊治的70例进行保胆手术治疗的患者，将70例患者随机分为对照组（35例）与观察组（35例），对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用快速康復外科理念，对比两组围术期指标及护理满意度。结果：观察组的手术时间（43.71±10.23）min、肛门排气时间（14.98±2.21）h、住院时间（1.20±0.21）d、下床活动时间（12.78±3.14）h、住院费用（8976.43±1980.23）元明显较对照组（52.78±11.43）min、（18.99±3.14）h、（3.68±0.45）d、（17.43±4.15）h、（10143.99±2456.78）元更低，观察组护理满意度（97.14%）明显高于照组（82.86%）（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复外科理念可缩短腹腔镜保胆手术者的术后康复时间，提高患者满意度。

Analysis of the application effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in laparoscopic gallbladder preservation surgery

【Abstract】Objective：Discuss the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in laparoscopic gallbladder preservation surgery. Method： Select 70 patients who came to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 for treatment with gallbladder preservation surgery. 70 patients were randomly divided into a control group （35 cases） and an observation group （35 cases）， the control group routine nursing was used， and the observation group used the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery， compare the perioperative indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results： Operation time （43.71±10.23）min， anal exhaust time （14.98±2.21）h， hospitalization time（1.20±0.21）d，time to get out of bed （12.78±3.14）h and hospitalization expenses （8976.43±1980.23）yuan was significantly lower than the control group （52.78±11.43）min，（18.99±3.14）h，（3.68±0.45）d，（17.43±4.15）h，（10143.99±2456.78）yuan， and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group （97.14%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （82.86%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder preservation， and improve patient satisfaction.

近年来，在安全有效进行手术的前提下如何加快患者的康复效果，已成为外科医师的研究热点[1]。快速康复外科已逐渐应用于多学科中，其可通过循证医学证据，通过优化围术期护理措施，来阻断、减轻患者因手术引起的应激反应，从而促进患者的术后康复[2-3]。微创保胆手术已在临床上得到了广泛应用，而快速康复理念在保胆手术中应用较少，因此本文分析了快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜保胆手术的效果，这为日后腹腔镜保胆手术选择合适的术后护理干预措施提供依据。

1.1 一般资料

选择2018年1月至2020年12月来我院诊治的70例行保胆手术治疗的患者，所有患者均胆囊颈管无结石嵌顿、胆囊壁光滑、胆道通畅、胆囊壁后不超过3mm，同时胆囊功能良好、无萎缩，本研究所有患者知情同意且符合医学伦理。……
