【摘 要】目的：分析在手术室护理工作中应用安全隐患自查模式对于患者护理质量的影响。方法：在2018年5月到2021年5月期间医院收治的手术患者中选取62例随机分为两组，其中，对照组给予常规护理，研究组应用安全隐患自查模式进行手术室护理，记录患者护理情况并进行对比。结果：研究组护理质量评分高于对照组；研究组术后感染率低于对照组；研究组术后住院时间短于对照组；研究组护患纠纷率低于对照组（P<0.05），证明差异有统计价值。结论：在手术室护理工作中，为了合理实现患者术后健康的进一步恢复，医护人员应积极组好对于安全隐患自查模式的合理应用与推广。

Effect of self-examination mode of potential safety hazards on nursing quality and postoperative infection in operating room

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the impact of the application of safety hidden danger self-examination model on the nursing quality of patients in the operating room.Methods：62 surgical patients treated in the hospital from May 2018 to may 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was given operating room nursing by self-examination mode of potential safety hazards. The nursing situation of patients was recorded and compared.Results：The score of nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The postoperative infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The postoperative hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group. The rate of nurse patient disputes in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05） .Conclusion：In the nursing work in the operating room， in order to reasonably realize the further recovery of patients’ postoperative health， medical staff should actively organize the rational application and promotion of the selfexamination mode of potential safety hazards.

作為医院的主要科室之一，手术室主要负责对手术患者进行治疗干预，总的来看，该科室对于急危重症患者生命安全的维系具有重要的价值[1]。在临床过程中，大量数据显示，基于传统护理模式下，医护人员在手术室护理期间并未有效实现对于患者健康的充分关注，从而增加了患者术后感染问题的发生概率，对于患者术后健康的恢复造成了不良影响，基于此，近年来，大批医护人员结合患者护理工作诉求对手术室护理工作模式进行了合理探索，继而有效推动了安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理工作中的全面推广[2]。本文针对在手术室护理工作中应用安全隐患自查模式对于患者护理质量的影响进行了分析，现报道如下。……
