【摘 要】目的：分析在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中采取人性化护理模式对于患者的护理满意度的提升作用。方法：选择2018年7月至2020年2月我院接收的老年下肢骨折患者共100例，按照随机数字表法进行分组，分为观察组和对照组，每组分别50例患者，对照组患者实施常规的临床护理，观察组患者实施人性化护理，对比两组患者的护理满意度以及护理前后的心理状态差异。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，组间数据差异较大，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在护理前的心理状态对比无明显差异（P>0.05），而观察组患者在接受人性化护理之后的心理状态整体优于对照组患者，组间数据差异较大，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中采取人性化护理模式能够明显地提升患者的护理满意度，患者的接受范围更加广泛，且患者的心理状态恢复状况较好，有利于提升预后康复效果，值得临床推广。

The effect of adopting humanized nursing mode in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in operating room to improve satisfaction

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of adopting a humanized nursing model in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room to improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction. Methods：A total of 100 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures received in our hospital from July 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method， with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group underwent routine clinical care， and patients in the observation group underwent humanized care. The satisfaction of care and the difference in mental state before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results：The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）；There was no significant difference in the mental state between the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）， while the mental state of patients in the observation group after receiving humanized care was better than that in the control group，the data difference between the groups was large and statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The adoption of a humane nursing model in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room can significantly improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction， the scope of patient acceptance is wider， and the patient’s mental state recovery is better， which is conducive to improving the prognostic rehabilitation effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
