【摘 要】目的：分析系统化疼痛护理管理模式在临床疼痛护理实践中的应用效果。方法：选取本院2020年1月至12月住院部收治的疼痛感较为明显的患者100例，依照随机、双盲、对照原则的相关要求将其平均分为实验组和对照组，比对两组患者疼痛评分、镇痛药应用频次、48h疼痛频次、护理满意度、睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果：实验组患者各项临床指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）； 实验组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组患者生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）实验组各项睡眠改善指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：系统化疼痛护理管理模式应用在临床疼痛护理实践中，疼痛干预效果较优，可推广。

Application of systematic pain nursing management model in clinical pain nursing practice

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of systematic pain nursing management model in clinical pain nursing practice. Methods： 100 patients with obvious pain in the inpatient department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020were divided into experimental group and control group according to the relevant requirements of the principle of randomization， double-blind and control. The pain score， analgesic application frequency， 48h pain frequency， nursing satisfaction， sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results： the clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）； The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）； The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）； All sleep improvement indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： the systematic pain nursing management model has an excellent effect of pain intervention in clinical pain nursing practice and can be popularized.

疼痛作為机体受到损伤时，出现的不愉快情绪与感受。随着组织损伤，疼痛感会明显增加，这就会导致患者出现失眠、烦躁、焦虑、免疫力下降以及血压升高等变化。目前，医学领域中积极地提倡个性化、系统化以及无痛化管理，秉承着无痛的理念，希望能够给患者提供较好的疼痛护理干预[1-2]。基于此，本文将主要分析系统化疼痛护理管理模式在临床疼痛护理实践中的应用效果，报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

选取本院2020年1月至12月住院部收治的疼痛感较为明显的患者100例，依照随机、双盲、对照原则的相关要求将其平均分为实验组和对照组。对照组，年龄35岁～55岁，平均年龄（45.69±2.44）岁；实验组，年龄35岁～55岁，平均年龄（45.72±2.39）岁，一般资料（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组 组内患者接受常规护理服务，对患者的体征和病情进行密切监测，指导患者处于正确的体位，使患者疼痛感得到缓解，对患者实施常规的健康指导和心理干预。……
