【摘 要】目的：针对医院体检中心，探究健康管理一体化服务模式的应用方法和效果。方法：将我院体检中心2020年8月至2021年8月收录的110例体检者进行研究，分别采取常规护理模式以及健康管理一体化服务模式，对比临床效果。结果：两组的健康理念在干预前对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）。观察组干预后的疾病认知、健康饮食、合理运动以及情绪管理评分较对照组更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组的护理依从率（94.55%）较对照组（81.82%）更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组的体检满意度（96.36%）较对照组（85.45%）更高，对比有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：健康管理一体化服务模式能增强体检者的健康理念，提升护理依从性，增加体验满意度，值得地方推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application method and effect of health management integration service mode in hospital physical examination center. Methods： a total of 110 cases of physical examination included in the physical examination center of our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were studied. Routine nursing mode and integrated health management service mode were respectively adopted to compare the clinical effects. Results： There was no statistical difference in health concept between the two groups before intervention（P>0.05）. After intervention， the scores of disease cognition， healthy diet， reasonable exercise and emotional management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， with statistical differences（P<0.05）. The nursing compliance rate of the observation group（94.55%） was higher than that of the control group （81.82%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The satisfaction of physical examination in the observation group （96.36%） was higher than that in the control group （85.45%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated service model of health management can enhance the health concept of physical examination， improve nursing compliance and increase experience satisfaction， which is worthy of local promotion.

體检通过对身体整体状况进行全面评估，从而找出影响健康的危险因素，对疾病的诊疗具有重要意义，因此医院体检中心需要加强自身的服务，来为体检工作的进行提供帮助。本次研究通过我院体检中心收录的110例体检者为对象，分别实施不同的服务模式，分析健康管理一体化服务模式的应用效果，阐述至下文。

1.1 临床资料

收录我院体检中心2020年8月至2021年8月总计110例体检者为对象，两组的一般资料具有可比性（P>0.05），见表1。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组开展常规护理模式。遵循医院体检中心的相关要求，为体检者采取常规的护理，护理人员引导体检者完成各项体检，同时帮助解决其在过程中遇到的问题，指引体检者按照流程接受检查。……
