【摘 要】目的：研究医养结合护理模式应用于失去生活自理能力患者护理中所产生的影响。方法：选择75例失能半失能患者，随机数字表分为对照组（n=38）与观察组（n=37），对比两组患者护理前后自护能力及生存质量的变化情况。结果：观察组患者护理前后自护能力及生存质量均强于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对于失能半失能患者而言，應用医养结合护理模式能够使患者的自护能力及生存质量得到极大增强，值得深入研究。

The effect of integrated medical care and nursing care model on self-care ability and quality of life of disabled and semi-disabled patients

【Abstract】Objective： To study the impact of the combined medical care and nursing care model used in the care of patients who have lost the ability to take care of themselves. Methods： 75 patients with disability and semi-disability were selected and divided into a control group（n=38） and an observation group（n=37） by a random number table. The changes in the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results： The self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the observation group before and after nursing were stronger than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： For disabled and semi-disabled patients， the application of combined medical care and nursing care can greatly enhance the patient’s self-care ability and quality of life， which is worthy of in-depth study.

随着人口老龄化加剧，失能老年人日益增多，他们对于照护的多样化及个性化需求逐渐增长，而这对于护理人员及相关机构专业服务能力与质量有了更高的要求，将“医”与“养”有效结合，更能满足失能半失能患者对于医疗护理的需求[1]。基于以上表述，本文分析了新型护理理念，即医养结合护理模式应用与失能半失能患者护理中的作用影响。

1.1 一般资料

病例年限：2019年2月至2021年3月，研究主体：我院养护中心接收的失能半失能患者，病例数：75例，男40例，女35例，年龄70岁～78岁，平均年龄（74.35±3.23）岁，分组方式：随机数字表法分对照组（n=38）与观察组（n=37），两组患者组间基础资料无较大差异性（P>0.05）。纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁；②Barthel（日常生活活动能力）指数≤99分；③认知功能正常。排除标准：①患有神经系统疾病；②沟通障碍、认知障碍。

1.2 护理方法

对照组采用常规护理模式。
