【摘 要】目的：觀察和分析优质护理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2020年1月至2021年1月时间段内本院的102名护理人员参与本研究，采用随机抽签的方式分为实验组和对照组（51名/组），对照组采用常规基础护理，实验组采用优质护理。比较两组的器械清洗达标以及护理满意度。结果：在清洗达标情况方面，实验组和对照组达标率各为98.04%（50/51）、82.35%（42/51），组间数据具有统计学差异（P<0.05）；实验组总满意度98.04%（50/51）低于对照组的总满意度76.47%（39/51），组间数据具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中具有显著的效果，能够有效提升手术器械的清洗状况，避免院内感染的发生，对护理满意度的提升具有积极影响，值得临床推广和使用。

Effect analysis of high quality nursing application in surgical instrument management of disinfection supply center

【Abstract】Objective： To observe and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods： 102 nurses in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected to participate in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （51/group）. The control group received routine basic nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing. The standard of instrument cleaning and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results： In terms of cleaning compliance， the compliance rates of the experimental group and the control group were 98.04% （50/51） and 82.35% （42/51） respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）； The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.04% （50/51） lower than that of the control group 76.47% （39/51）. There was significant difference between the groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing has a significant effect in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center. It can effectively improve the cleaning status of surgical instruments， avoid nosocomial infection， and have a positive impact on the improvement of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

在医疗机构的科室构成中，消毒供应中心属于较为重要的科室之一，其主要的职责就是对手术器械进行消毒、灭菌以及日常的维护管理，由于手术器械的管理质量和手术的成功性、安全性以及院内感染密切相关，因此，对手术器械进行有效管理是消毒供应中心必须肩负的使命[1]。据相关研究显示，如果手术器械的消毒、灭菌不彻底，易导致病原菌及细菌残留，诱发院内感染，不仅会导致患者的病情加重，引发医患纠纷，还会给医院带来严重的损失。因此，注重手术器械的科学化管理，提高手术器械的灭菌、消毒的有效性和安全性是非常有必要的。本文通过观察优质护理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理的应用情况，分析其应用效果，具体内容如下。……
