【摘 要】目的：探讨消化性溃疡并出血患者实施分期饮食护理的临床效果。方法：选取本院于2016年1月至2021年1月间收治的230例消化性溃疡并出血的患者为研究对象，采用随机抽签的方式进行分组，分为实验组和对照组，每组各115例，对照组采用基础护理，实验组采用分期饮食护理。比较两组患者的营养状况、血红蛋白、溃疡积分、饮食合理评分以及溃疡出血的止血时间。结果：护理后，实验组患者的营养状况、血红蛋白、溃疡积分均优于对照组；实验组溃疡出血的止血时间、饮食合理评分均优于对照组，各项结果均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在消化性溃疡并出血的患者中实施分期饮食护理，能够有效调节患者的营养状况，改善血红蛋白情况，降低溃疡出血的止血时间，值得临床推广和使用。

Effect evaluation of staged diet nursing on patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of staged diet nursing in patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding. Methods：230 patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 115 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing and the experimental group received staged dietary nursing. The nutritional status， hemoglobin， ulcer score， reasonable diet score and hemostatic time of ulcer bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results：After nursing， the nutritional status， hemoglobin and ulcer score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group； The hemostatic time and reasonable diet score of ulcer bleeding in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of staged diet nursing in patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding can effectively adjust the nutritional status of patients， improve hemoglobin， and reduce the hemostatic time of ulcer bleeding. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

胃肠道出血，是消化性溃疡并发症中最为常见的并发症之一[1]。在治疗过程中，部分患者由于饮食不当而导致反复出血，甚至是有效出血加重，在消化性溃疡并出血的患者中实施相关饮食护理干预是非常重要的[2]。本文通过观察消化性溃疡并出血患者中实施分期饮食护理，分析其临床效果，具体内容如下。

1.1 一般资料
