【摘 要】目的：探究分析在消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理采取责任制护理对于腔镜器械处理质量的影响。方法：从2019年3月至2020年3月我院消毒供应中心接收的腔镜器械中抽选178件，列为对照组，采取常规处理，再从2020年4月至2021年4月我院消毒供应中心接收的腔镜器械中抽选178件，列为实验组，采取责任制护理进行处理，对比两组腔镜器械处理质量。结果：实验组清洗合格率（98.88%）、消毒合格率（99.44%）、灭菌合格率（100.00%）、包装合格率（100.00%）、发放合格率（100.00%）均明显高于对照组（92.70%、94.38%、94.94%、95.51%、95.51%），组间差异明显（P<0.05）。实验组感染控制满意度（98.31%）明显高于对照组（92.70%），组间差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：在消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理采取责任制护理处理能够提高消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理质量，减少处理不合格概率，值得临床推广应用。

Discussion on the influence of responsible nursing on the quality of endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply center

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and analyze the impact of responsibility nursing on the quality of endoscopic instrument treatment in disinfection supply center.Methods：178 endoscopic instruments received by the disinfection supply center of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group for routine treatment， and then 178 endoscopic instruments received by the disinfection supply center of our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the experimental group for responsible nursing treatment， and the treatment quality of endoscopic instruments in the two groups was compared.Results：The qualified rates of cleaning（98.88%），disinfecti on（99.44%）， sterilization （100.00%），packaging（100.00%）and distribution（100.00%）in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （92.70%， 94.38%， 94.94%， 95.51% and 95.51%）.There was significant difference between the groups（P<0.05）.The satisfaction of infection control in the experimental group （98.31%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （92.70%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Taking responsibility nursing care in the treatment of endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply center can improve the treatment quality of endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply center and reduce the probability of unqualified treatment， which is worthy of clinical application.

消毒供應中心是医院重要的科室，在消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理是主要工作之一，为了更好的保证腔镜器械处理质量，临床上还需要加强消毒供应中心护理质量管理，引入责任制护理管理模式能够很好的规范腔镜器械处理流程，减少腔镜器械处理不合格概率，保证腔镜器械处理质量[1]。因此，本文主要探究分析在消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理采取责任制护理对于腔镜器械处理质量的影响，报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

从2019年3月至2020年3月我院消毒供应中心接收的腔镜器械中抽选178件，列为对照组，其中负责腔镜器械处理的工作人员25例，男9例，女16例，年龄25岁～48岁，平均年龄（33.25±1.36）岁。……
