【摘 要】目的：研究小儿静脉输液中行沟通护理技巧的效果。方法：数据遴选本院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的72例静脉输液患儿，“硬币分组法”分传统组（传统护理，n=36）、沟通组（沟通护理技巧，n=36），两组护理效果比较。结果：沟通组疼痛感受、健康宣教、操作技能、输液管理等方面评分均高于传统组相应指标评分，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）； 沟通组输液依从性为97.22%，高于传统组的83.33%，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：沟通护理技巧可提高静脉输液患儿的依从性、家属满意度，值得推崇。

Application effect of communication nursing skills in children’s intravenous infusion and influence of family satisfaction

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of communication nursing skills in children’s intravenous infusion. Methods： 72 children with intravenous infusion treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected. The "coin grouping method"was divided into traditional group （traditional nursing，n=36） and communication group（Communication nursing skills，n=36）.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： the scores of pain feeling， health education， operation skills and infusion management in the communication group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group（P<0.05）； The infusion compliance in the communication group was 97.22%， which was higher than 83.33% in the traditional group （P<0.05）.Conclusion： Communication nursing skills can improve the compliance and family satisfaction of children with intravenous infusion， which is worthy of praise.

现阶段治疗儿科疾病的重要手段为静脉输液，也是开展儿科护理工作的基础操作，具体是指：以大气压、液体静压原理为基点，经静脉将大量药物、电解质及无菌液体等输入患儿体内，起到治疗疾病效果，但输液期间，患儿易有紧张、哭闹及恐惧等现象，对穿刺成功率造成影响，甚至引起静脉输液事故、增加医疗纠纷风险，因此如何尽早提供对症护理、成为临床所关注热点[1-2]。丁锦艳[3]证实，口头宣讲、患儿情绪安抚、营养补给等，虽有一定效果、但未重视个体差异性、效果有限，未获得患儿家属青睐认可，鉴于此，本文分析静脉输液患儿行对症护理的价值，汇总。

1.1 一般资料

前瞻性研究，样本采集本院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的72例静脉输液患儿。沟通组（36例），男20例，女16例，年龄1岁～7岁，平均年龄（3.24±1.15）岁，疾病类型：腹泻14例，肺炎15例，其他7例；传统组（36例），男19例，女17例，年龄1岁～8岁，平均年龄（3.36±1.24）岁，疾病类型：腹泻16例，肺炎14例，其他6例。……
