【摘 要】目的：分析中老年妇女常见妇科疾病的预防保健措施，以期达到提高治疗效果、改善生活质量的目的。方法：选取我院2019年6月至2021年6月这一时段收治的100例中老年妇科疾病患者，将患者进行随机分组，每组分到的病例数各50例，对照组患者根据疾病的类型给予对症治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上开展预防保健措施，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间及干预后的生活质量改变情况。结果：与对照组（80.00%，40/50）相比，研究组患者的治疗总有效率（96.00%，48/50）更高，数据比较有统计学差距，P<0.05；与对照组（21.73±4.48 d）相比，研究组患者症状消失所需时间（13.62±3.52 d）更短，并且研究组的生活质量评分（95.34±3.11 分）比对照组（83.53±4.46 分）更高，数据比较有统计学差距，P<0.05。结论：对中老年妇女常见妇科疾病患者实施预防保健措施有助于提高治疗效果，促进临床症状消失，对提高中老年妇科疾病患者生活质量具有积极意义，应用价值较大。

Analysis of preventive and health care measures for common gynecological diseases in middle-aged and old women

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the preventive and health care measures of common gynecological diseases in middle-aged and elderly women. Method： 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with gynecological diseases treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into groups， with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment according to the type of disease. The patients in the study group carried out preventive and health care measures on the basis of the control group， and compared the total effective rate of the two groups The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the changes of quality of life after intervention. Results： Compared with the control group （80.00%， 40/50）， the total effective rate of the study group （96.00%， 48/50） was higher， and there was a statistical difference between the data （P<0.05）； Compared with the control group （21.73±4.48）d， the time required for the disappearance of symptoms in the study group （13.62±3.52）d was shorter， and the quality of life score in the study group （95.34±3.11 points） was higher than that in the control group （83.53±4.46）points. There was a statistical difference between the data（P<0.05）. Conclusions： The implementation of preventive and health care measures for middle-aged and elderly women with common gynecological diseases will help to improve the treatment effect and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms. It is of positive significance and great application value to improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women with gynecological diseases.
