【摘 要】目的：探讨在乳腺纤维瘤手术患者中使用心理支持护理的临床效果。方法：临床样本选择乳腺纤维瘤患者，数量为36例，分组方式确定为双盲法，命名为研究组与对照组，两组均分数量为18例，命名为对照组患者选择常规护理方式，命名为研究组患者将常规护理方式作为基础，联合使用心理支持护理方式，组间对比两组患者临床护理价值。结果：干预后，研究组患者的症状自评量表评分低于对照组，研究组患者临床症状评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床采用心理支持护理作用于乳腺纤维瘤患者，致力于改善患者心理现状，有效降低患者手术时间、住院时间，降低患者术中出血量，提高患者护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。

Observation on the application effect of psychological support nursing in patients with breast fibroma surgery

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of using psychological support nursing in breast fibroma surgery patients. Methods： The clinical sample selected breast fibroma patients， the number was 36. The grouping method was determined to be a double-blind method， they were named the study group and the control group， the average number of the two groups was 18 cases， and the patients named as the control group chose conventional nursing methods，and the patients named as the study group took conventional nursing methods as the basis and combined psychological support nursing methods， and compared the clinical nursing value of the two groups of patients between the groups. Results： After the intervention， the score of symptom checklist 90 in the study group was lower than that in the control group， and the clinical symptom score of the study group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical use of psychological support nursing for breast fibroma patients is committed to improving the psychological status of patients， effectively reducing the patient’s operation time， hospitalization time， reducing the amount of bleeding during the operation， and improving patient care satisfaction. It has clinical promotion value.

乳腺纖维瘤疾病属于临床女性患者经常遇到的疾病，其属于良性肿瘤中的一种，疾病病灶主要是在乳腺小叶中，疾病可以划分为以下几种类型，分别是纤维组织以及腺上皮混合性瘤问题，临床治疗过程中主要使用手术切除治疗方式，患者术后阶段会产生相应的瘢痕，程度不一，对乳房结构造成严重影响[1]。在乳腺纤维瘤疾病发病后，其与内分泌激素失调情况存在重要联系，术后患者也会有复发以及恶化风险，患者心理压力较大，并且长时间处于应激状态，造成患者中枢神经系统以及内分泌系统等出现功能性转变，对患者手术时间、住院时间以及术中出血量等造成一定影响。……
