摘要：汽车制造工艺的快速发展，使得其中的各类技术得到了有效的更新，自动变速箱作为汽车的重要组成，其功能有了很大的改善。而在汽车使用中，自动变速箱的故障问题较为常见，如不能及时进行排除，则很有可能危及汽车的安全运行。因此，本文结合既有的资料针对自动变速箱中常见的故障问题、故障表现进行分析，并且研究故障诊断和排除方法，以期能够提升自动变速箱的运行可靠性，降低故障因素对汽车行驶安全的影响。

Abstract： With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing technology， all kinds of technologies have been effectively updated. As an important part of automobile， the function of automatic transmission has been greatly improved. In the use of the car， the fault of the automatic transmission is common， such as can not be eliminated in time， it is likely to endanger the safety of the car. Therefore， based on the existing data， this paper analyzes the common fault problems and fault performance in the automatic transmission， and studies the fault diagnosis and elimination methods， so as to improve the operation reliability of the automatic transmission and reduce the influence of fault factors on the vehicle driving safety.

0  引言

自动变速箱的运行质量与车辆行驶安全存在密切的联系，从以往的自动变速箱故障问题来看，其成因主要包括：设计制造因素;人为因素;操作因素和使用因素等。其中，由于驾驶人员操作不当所引发的故障问题较为常见。其次为长时间运行未对其进行及时养护，致使内部构件磨损所产生的故障问题。基于上述问题，需要结合变速箱的故障表现采取有效的措施进行处理，以免故障范围扩大影响变速箱的使用寿命以及车辆使用安全。为此，有必要针对其故障表现和诊断方法展开研究。

1  汽车变速箱的故障表现

变速箱作为汽车运行过程中的主要传动结构，其主要作用为实现对动力的有效传输，由于其传动比较为固定，结构相对稳定，在汽车生产中被大范围应用。从某一层面来讲，该结构的应用可对汽车整体性能产生直接影响。……
