摘要：现阶段，工程机械作为工程施工中的重要组成部分，并占有决定性地位。在社会经济不断发展，科学技术不断优化创新的基础上，工程机械设备也变得愈发繁琐，加之工程机械逐渐向科技化方向发展，使得传统的维修方法难以解决工程机械所出现的问题，也增加了工程机械的维修难度。由于诊断与维修工程机械故障问题会直接影响工程建设行业的运行与发展，所以相关工作人员应该提高对工程机械诊断与维修的重视程度，保证工程正常运行。

Abstract： At this stage， construction machinery is an important part of engineering construction and occupies a decisive position. On the basis of the continuous development of social economy and the continuous optimization and innovation of science and technology， construction machinery and equipment have become more and more cumbersome， and the gradual development of construction machinery in the direction of science and technology makes it difficult for traditional maintenance methods to solve the problems of construction machinery. Increased the difficulty of maintenance of construction machinery. Since the diagnosis and maintenance of construction machinery failures will directly affect the operation and development of the construction industry， relevant staff should increase the importance of diagnosis and maintenance of construction machinery to ensure the normal operation of the project.

0  引言

在企业运行与发展的过程中，工程机械的故障诊断于维修工作至关重要，对设备故障进行系统化诊断与维修能够保障工程企业的正常运行。此外，开展对工程机械的故障诊断与维修工作能够对工程机械行业中可能会出现的故障与问题加以了解，为机械故障的解除与处理提供便利，从而促进工程企业的发展。

1  工程机械的故障诊断探讨

1.1 工程机械中出现的故障

工程机械设备在企业运行中经常出现故障，会制约工程的健康发展。工程机械故障的发生主要分为六个方面：第一，机械的部件或是零件出现松落迹象;第二，零部件出现破损，例如相关材料存在压痕、变形、腐蚀等问题;第三，工程机械发生渗漏故障，是指在运行过程中发生漏油、漏水等问题;第四，材料发生退化，主要是因为机械设备……
