一种基于光谱原理的自动淀粉含水量检测装置的设计

摘要:传统实验室烘干称重法检测淀粉含水量过程复杂,检测周期长,而电阻或电容式水分检测设备检测精度又不高。针对这些问题,利用可见光谱技术,结合自动控制原理对淀粉含水量检测进行了研究,设计出一种基于光谱原理的自动淀粉含水量检测装置。相比于传统的淀粉含水量检测方法,该基于光谱原理的自动淀粉含水量检测装置不仅可以实现快速检测,其检测精度也要显著高于传统的阻容式含水量测量仪。通过可见光谱传感器收集对淀粉含水量敏感波段的光谱反射率数据,经单片机中的相关数学模型进行计算可快速得到淀粉含水量相关的数据,对提高当下淀粉及相关粮食产品的含水量检测效率与精度具有重要意义。

Abstract:The traditional laboratory drying and weighing method to detect the moisture content of starch has complex process and long detection cycle, and the detection accuracy of resistance or capacitance moisture detection equipment is not high.In order to solve these problems, the visible spectrum technology and the automatic control principle were used to study the detection of starch water content, and an automatic starch water content detection device based on the spectrum principle was designed.Compared with the traditional starch moisture content detection method, the automatic starch moisture content detection device based on spectral principle can not only realize rapid detection, but also has higher detection accuracy than the traditional resistance capacitance moisture content meter.The spectral reflectance data of starch water content sensitive band is collected by visible spectrum sensor, and the data related to starch water content can be quickly obtained by calculating the relevant mathematical model in single chip microcomputer, which is of great significance to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of starch and related food products.

淀粉是工業生产中的重要原料,被广泛用作上浆剂,粘接剂和各种食品增稠剂。淀粉不仅是是糖胶、葡萄糖和其它变性淀粉的原料,在造纸业中也作为上浆剂和涂覆剂使用,以增加纸张强度[1]。淀粉含水量不仅关系着物料成本和其保质期,同时还影响浆液浓度和上浆率。当前对于淀粉含水量检测最常用的方法有烘干法和电容法。其中烘干法具有简单、直观、检测精度高的优点,但该方法需要采集样本送至实验室进行检测,有检测周期长,不能快速得出数据等缺点。电容法则是利用淀粉的介电特性、容积密度等因素对其进行含水量检测。……
