摘要“地球表面的变化”是教科版《科学》五年级上册的第二单元，隶属于地球与宇宙科学领域。本单元的学习是在学生产生疑问、进行猜测的基础上展开的，主要包括两个部分：一是对前面学习的内、外因素共同作用下对地球表面改变的回顾与总结；二是深化学生对人与自然密切关系的认识。通过指导学生亲历一系列的科学实践活动，帮助他们认识地球如今的面貌不是本来就有的，而是地球内外因素共同作用形成的。

Interpretation of the Unit "Changes in the Earth’s Surface" and Teaching Suggestions

Abstract： "The change of the earth’s surface" is the second unit in the first volume of grade 5 of science， which belongs to the field of earth and cosmic science. The learning of this unit is carried out on the basis of students’ questions and guesses. It mainly includes two parts： one is the review and summary of the changes of the earth’s surface under the joint action of internal and external factors learned earlier； Second， deepen stu？ dents’ understanding of the close relationship between man and nature. By guiding students to experience a se？ ries of scientific practice activities， help them understand that the current face of the earth is not inherent， but formed by the joint action of internal and external factors of the earth.

“地球表面的變化”是教科版《科学》五年级上册的第二单元，隶属于地球与宇宙科学领域。单元页的背景图是美国西部非常著名的马蹄湾国家公园，这张图片很容易引发学生的疑问——它是怎么形成的？这个疑问会进一步引发本单元要探究的主题——地球表面有海洋、陆地，而且地形复杂多样，有高原、群山、平原、丘陵、峡谷和盆地……它们本来就是这样的吗？是什么力量（作用）使它们成为如今的样貌呢？本单元的学习就是在学生产生疑问、进行猜测的基础上展开的，通过指导学生亲历一系列的科学实践活动，帮助他们认识地球如今的面貌不是本来就有的，而是地球内外因素共同作用形成的。

1.单元组成

本单元共编排了7课，以地球表面的变化为逻辑线索，采用“总—分—总”的形式设计。第1课作为开篇引入课，激发学生的学习动机，汇集他们单元学习内容的前概念，找准单元教学的起点。
