摘要 目的：探討坤泰胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎不孕患者的临床效果及对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法：选取2019年2月至2020年2月在惠州市中心人民医院妇科收治的慢性盆腔炎不孕患者112例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组56例。对照组采用抗生素静脉输注治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服坤泰胶囊。2组均连续治疗4周，随访1年。比较2组的治疗效果、血清炎症介质超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）指标，性激素促卵泡素（FSH）水平、雌激素（E2）水平、抗米勒管激素（AMH）水平、治疗期间的不良反应发生率、随访期间的妊娠情况。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组患者的hs-CRP、TNF-α、FSH水平均降低，E2、AMH均增高，观察组的hs-CRP、TNF-α、FSH低于对照组，观察组的E2、AMH高于对照组（均P<0.05）。2组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组在随访期间的妊娠率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：坤泰胶囊联合常规的抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎不孕患者，可以提升临床效果，改善血清炎症介质、AMH水平，改善卵巢储备功能，用药安全性良好。

Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of Kuntai Capsules on infertility patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the effect of ovarian reserve.Methods：A total of 112 infertility patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Gynecology Department of Central People′s Hospital of Huizhou from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table，the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intravenous infusion of antibiotics.The observation group were treated with Kuntai Capsules orally on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks and followed up for 1 year.Comparison of treatment effects，serum inflammatory factor levels [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP），tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）]，sex hormones [follicle stimulating hormone（FSH），estrogen（E2）] levels，Anti-Mullerian hormone（AMH） levels，adverse reactions during treatment，and pregnancy during follow-up.Results：The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The data of hs-CRP，TNF-α，FSH，E2，and AMH before treatment in the two groups were not statistically different（P>0.05）.After treatment，hs-CRP，TNF-α，FSH in the two groups all decreased，and E2 and AMH increased.The hs-CRP，TNF-α and FSH of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the E2 and AMH of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（Ps<0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during the treatment period（P>0.05）.The pregnancy rate of the observation group during the follow-up period was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Kuntai Capsules combined with conventional antibiotics for the treatment of infertility patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve the clinical effect，improve serum inflammatory factors，AMH levels，improve ovarian reserve function，and the medication safety is good.
