[摘    要]随着科学技术的不断进步与发展，自动化技术已经广泛应用到各行各业之中，尤其是工业。为提高产品的质量和效率以及企业生产的安全性和高效性，将自动化仪表应用到工业的具体生产中很有必要。为进一步提高自动化仪表在工业中的应用效果，文章主要对自动化仪表在工业中的主要作用、选择要求、具体设计过程和未来发展方向等进行了详细分析，希望可以为其他领域对其的应用提供帮助与建议。

[Abstract]With the continuous progress and development of science and technology， automation technology has been widely used in all walks of life， especially in industry. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of industrial products and enhance the safety and efficiency of enterprise production， it is necessary to apply automatic instruments to the specific production of specific industries. In order to further enhance the application effect of automation instrument in industry， this paper mainly analyzes the main role， selection requirements， specific design process and future development direction of automation instrument in industry， hoping to provide help and suggestions for its application in other fields.

1 工业自动化仪表智能化的主要作用

1.1 推动智能化与信息化的有机结合

科学技术的发展也在一定程度上促进了先进信息技术的应用与进步，使其在工业等行业的具体发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。就工业方面来说，信息技术的应用不仅可以加强工业仪表的智能化建设，也有利于提升相关设备调控的精准性，进一步扩大信息技术的应用范围，加快不同行业的信息化建设进程。此外，要想工业仪表进行智能化建设，就需要将信息技术应用其中，提高工业仪表的技术水平。由此可见，工业仪表的智能化会促进智能化与信息化的融合发展。

1.2 有利于提高工业生产的安全性

社会经济的进步与发展，使市场的竞争越来越激烈，工业自动化仪表智能要想在市场中立住脚跟，就需要相关企业不断提高自身的竞争力。而提高竞争力较为有效地方法就是提高自身产品质量和产品成品率以及生产过程的安全性。……
